With these cosy days I love to eat warm recipes. And you? It feels so nice eating this when it’s cold and dark outside. Like celebrating a winter party inside smelling these winter fruit roasted in your oven. Yummy yummy!!! Try these 2 warm pear powerfood tips:

Roast 2 half parts pear with honey, fresh goatcheese (with skin!) and walnuts in the oven for 20 minutes / 190 degrees. In the same oven and during the same time you can roast a pear crumble made of sliced fresh pears, cinnamon, buckwheat and almonds. This will take 10 minutes longer but then you can allready enjoy the first course 🙂 Happy winter!!
