SO: sometimes you just have to let it go and spoil yourself. But remember; even in spoiling there are always 2 options. You can treat your body with a damn good bar of chocolate (milk Orea, nuts, cookie filled ones or 80% pure cacao), pizza (home lazy served extra cheese topped ones or glutenfree baked ones in your home oven made off cauliflower) or bake a cake (unhealthy creamy sugar added fat bom or one made of avocado, banana, lemon which is sweet caused by nature).

RECIPE: 2 bananas, 1 big eatable avocado, 1/2 lemon juice, 150g ricemeal, 150g coconut meal, 1 raw egg, hand full of coconut flakes, 1 + 1/2 spoon cinamon, 2 tea spoons baking powder. Mix this all together in a big bowl untill you get it smooth and bake in the oven in between 35 – 40 minutes 200 C. degrees.

But trust me. Just bake that green cake and if it taste horrible, blame it on me, throw it away, shit on it and spoil yourself with the filled chocolate bar. πŸ˜‰ haha! Oh and if you like it, you can make beautiful plates if you cut it into pieces. Serve it with some coconut creame and confetti candy. Here is the unhealthy balance we need oh yeah!
