Nothing is as easy as making a wok! It’s fun! Why? It is so easy and I can make it a lot more easier for you. The best tip is: while you wok the hardest veggies (like carrot, broccoli, beans, beet) you cut the other softer veggies into slices (like mushrooms, bell pepper..) . This saves a lot of time instead of cutting them all into slices at the same time. 😉

Broccoli, chicken (chili ginger oil added), white beans, French garlic (wok this about 15 minutes first!) and add Samphire and musterd later. Fennel seeds are the last top of the wok.
