At this moment banana bread is kind of a standard healthy bread in each household. Oké I guess, but offcourse I understand. It’s amazing how tastefull banana bread is and besides, it’s a powerfull snack. Great option for breakfast and easy fast snack. Like if you are in a hurry, need to go to the gym so you need energy but you don’t have a lot off time. You can keep this in the fridge for a long time! SO perfect!! Oh and you can serve it as a healthy celebration cake. 🙂

This one is a bit different then you are used to (probably). I added 1 big spoon Tahin, 1 spoon cookie herbs (glutenfree) and fresh vanilla into it. With these secret ingredients you are giving it a sweet surprising and powerfull flavour. On top I serve roasted pumpkin seeds. The other ingredients: 2 eggs, 2 bananas, 6 big dades, coconut and rice meal (each 70 grams so totally 140).

Pure this all togeter in a big bowl with a little bit of baking powder. Put it in a baking mould and let’s go >> into the oven for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Oh keep some pumpkinseeds (for example to create hearts on top) after your bread is ready to serve.
