Just wanted to share a simple arm versus shoulder training with you. The only thing you need are 2 weights (2,5 or 5 kg each side) and offcourse your body. 😉 Move these weights like in the above picture gallery. SO move one arm to a stretching straight ahead position untill shoulder heigth and the other arm sidewards 90 degrees position.

Count from 1,2,3 if you move them up and down as well. Change using your arms each time. SO start right, moveover to left and repeat this each side 12 times. Repeat this totally in 3 times and rest for 2 minutes in between. Goodluck powerpeeps!! 🙂 XX SO CEE
