HUMMUS … THE WORD SOUNDS A BIT
LIKE A GRUMPY THINKING GRAND DAD …. RIGHT?  😉

But it’s weekend. SO no time and a waste of time to be grumpy. Hummmmm us can also sound like ‘we are both hmmm delicious. Oké enough crazy talks. The recipe for this glutenfree and also Fodmap friendly hummus (if you leave the chickpeas):

For 2 persons:

>> Cook 1 big hand pumpkin parts untill they are eatable soft.
>> Throw the water away and let the pumpkin cool down for 20 minutes.
>> Mix it with 1 big spoon Tahin = sesam pasta + olive oil, sea salt, 1,5 garlic and some cinnamon. Add chickpeas if you like. Without it’s more FODMAP-friendly.
>> Serve and spread it on glutenfree bread or something you like and add some apple slices. You can even serve it with your diner in the evening. Like with fish, veggies or chips!

Dutch:
1 grote hand pompoen blokjes koken.
Yummm hummm!! Xx SO CEE
