Meeeeh … purple raindrops in your eyes will not be there. Only sunshines of the sweet taste!

SO: Bake this goatyoghurt pie: heat up 150 ml goatyoghurt + 2 hands black berries + 2big spoons honey + 1 big spoon cinnamon. Pure this all together while heating up. When it gets smooth and warm stop the heating. Let it cool down for 1 hour.

Bake the cake: pure 6 big dades, 1 small hand of fresh Chai tea leaves (I use the brand: Simon Levelt tea), 150 g ricemeal (or other what you prefer), 1 small spoon baking powder, 1 hand full of Chai seeds and 1 with pumpkin seeds. After mixing it smooth, bake the bottom of the pie into the oven at 200 degrees. Let this cool down for 1 hour.

Ready? Put the smooth purple goatyoghurt at the top of the pie and freeze in for about 2 hours. Afterwards you can serve this as cool as the goat wants it to. 😉 Serve with some fresh black berries. Meeeeeh 😀
