SO SWEET!! I don’t want to push you into something but if you have time, you just have to try these glutenfree pancakes. I just mixed these ingredients and thought WOW I have to share this with my dear followers 🙂 SO:

  • Mix a half grated sweet potatos with a hand full of mais, fresh basilicum, salt, peper & 2 big spoons of buckwheat flour.
  • Mash all the ingredients in a bowl with 1 raw egg.
  • Bake it in a sunseed oil or olive oil.
  • Oh yeah your lovely diner/lunch is ready! Serve it with some Thai chili sauce & enjoy!
