SPREAD IT ON. LOVE HAS ALWAYS BEEN THERE ON TOP. BUT FOOD IT IS NOW.
This foodie is rich of protein. You might can’t see it but the beans (lentils) and argula are full off it. SO this super easy recipe isn’t giving you nerveous cooking stress because it don’t cost any time at all. It is giving you fins to swim like the tuna herselves.
–> Pure a half can off lentils with 1 can tuna (water based) and pure it with samphire,2 hands full off argula, fresh dill and some fish herbs you like (I use a mixed organic bag #glutenfree).
Pure this all togeter in a bowl untill it gets really smooth as a kind off breakfast/sandwich spread.
Serve the smooth pured spread between two breakfast wafles you like. My favourite ones? Mais with sesam- or lineseads. Both options are glutenfree. You can find these ones in Eco stores. Offcourse if your body can handle these glutenmonsters (;) in my case not you bastards!) then I think it’s a good idea to choose brown above white right? I am just guessing because I never eat it so it’s upto you tuna fishes.
Oh and don’t forget to add some fresh spinach under the spread. It is giving the recipe a very good tasty bite and you –> extra fins because of the iron man in it 😉
